Preamble

As Malaysia stands at a crossroads, we must now decide if we are ready for a better future. Over the last few years, we have seen our nation being dragged through increasing racial division, debilitating economic performance as well as unprecedented levels of crime and corruption.

Where once we stood shoulder to shoulder with the very best in terms of economic growth, the rule of law and educational standards, the world now looks down on Malaysia as an uncompetitive economy with sub-par universities and courts completely bereft of any judicial integrity.
